Description

Justification DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a contract restricted to 'Specific Make and Model'. This acquisition is to renew Sterling Commerce software maintenance for the at DISA SMC Mechanicsburg. These software licenses and maintenance are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is for one year. Companies who are authorized by the manufacture as a reseller of Sterling Commerce maintenance, and can provide the above listed software maintenance must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 31 Aug 10 via the following address: betty.burris@disa.mil. RFQ/solicitation are due not later than 2 Sep 2010 by 4:00 PM CDT. The estimated award date is 3 Sep 10. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price, lowest cost technically acceptable (LPTA) purchase order. All authorized, responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered. The NAICS code is 541519 for this procurement.*****
