- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to award on a sole-source basis to CI Systems Inc., 90 W. Cochran ST, STE D, Simi Valley CA 93065-6229 for two (2) Optical Video Boresight Systems and two (2) Mounting Rods. The equipment design is proprietary to CI Systems Inc. and only CI Systems Inc. can provide additional systems whose parts are compatible with those of the existing systems. Any other manufactures ™ product would result in substantial loss in investment to the Government. FOB Destination to Dahlgren, VA shall apply. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized in accordance with FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System code is 333314, 500 employees. The closing date is 09 September 2010. The anticipated award date is 10 September 2010.
