Description

NSN 1670-00-807-9436, PR number 0027042172, Harness Assembly Solicitation is for 152 harness assemblies manufactured i/a/w San Antonio Air Logistics Center, CAGE 98750, drawing 59J6706 revision "S" and applicable supports, to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA within 435 days After Receipt of Order. A Qualified Part List Applies - only parts manufactured by the vendors on the QPL will be accepted. A Government First Article Test and textile testing applies. The item is Export Controlled, Critical Application and has a shelf life of 120 months. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement may be accessed on the "C folders" link from the DIBBS website after the issue date of the solicitation. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is September 27, 2010 with a closing date of October 27, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about the issue date.
