- 1. The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC), on behalf of The Department of Defense Office of the Inspector General, intends to award a sole source contract. This award will be made to AGC Systems,Inc; 133 Defense Highway, Annapolis, Md 21401. AGC Systems, Inc will provide Motorola XTVA vehicle mount, control head, speaker w/cable and amplifier. This action will result in a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) one time buy. 2. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There is no solicitation document. No Request for Proposals will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
