- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. FA7014-10-T-0094. The solicitation document; incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-42. The North American Industry Classification System code is 423690 with a business size standard of 500 employees. The proposed contract is 100 percent set-aside for small business. EVALUATION PROCEDURES, The Government will select the best overall offer based on price and ability to meet the brand name specifications identified in the requirement. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Government in accordance with the requirement. Only those offerors determined to be in compliant with the requirements as stated in this solicitation will be considered for award. Non-conformance with this requirement may result in offeror's quote being determined unacceptable.
