- Photo of AF Logo to be embroidered on shirts/jackets This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is 10TC755. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 and DFARS change notice 20100908. The Offeror must be an authorized dealer and must quote on an all or none basis. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Submission of quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror, whose offer is the best value and the most advantageous to the Government which is conforming to the solicitation. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Please include CAGE Code, DUNS number, Tax Identification Number, FOB Point, Discount Terms, availability and how long it will take to ship to Lackland AFB, TX. Quotes must be valid through 30 September 2010. This is a 100 percent small business set aside. The NAICS Code is 315228 and the size standard in number of employees is 500.
