- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one source will satisfy agency requirements. A firm fixed priced contract will be issued to Diamond Systems Inc, 1255 Terra Bella Avenue, Mountain View, CA, for 50 EA of Ethernet Cards, P/N: PR-Z32-EA-ST. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-10-P-0294. The Government will consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this combined synopsis/solicitation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
