Description
Bobcat Description with Options and Attachments Brand Name Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F1ECES02220100; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-45, DCN 20100827, and AFAC 2010-0402. This acquisition will be Brand Name Only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333120. The business size standard is 750 employees. The required item shall be Bobcat. CLIN 0001: Please see Attachment 1 for the description and options for a T320 Bobcat Compact Track Loader. Delivery shall be made to Dyess AFB, TX not later than 12 October 2010. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none EVALUATION CRITERIA: Evaluation of offers will be completed in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered.
