Description
Request For Information, FA4803-10-Q-A426 Description 0001 Kegel Kustodian, Walker Battery Powered Cleaning and Sanction Conditioning Combo Machine with Walking Technology & Touch Screen Technology. Part number 17-5500C, 115V/60 Hz, Model D with battery Pack. Quantity - 1 Each 0002 5 Gallon Case of Lane Conditioner. Quantity - 1 Each 0003 5 Gallon Case of Lane Cleaner. Quantity - 1 Each 0004 4 Roll Box of Cleaning Cloth. Quantity - 1 Each 0005 Training Day with Kustodian Walker to include delivery of machine and setup. Quantity - 2 Each Additional Notes:  "Or Equal" products requires the offeror to provide both documentation and pictures justifying the equal product. The technical expert will evaluate documentation on basis of information furnished in accordance with FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal.  Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government's obligation under this requirement is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.  F.O.B. If you have questions regarding this, please use the link below. http://wawf.eb.mil DFARS 252.225.7001 Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program (JUN 2005) (b) This clause implements the Buy American Act (41 U.S.C. Section 10a-d) in a manner that will encourage a favorable international balance of payments by providing a preference to domestic end products over other end products, except for end products which are qualifying country end products. (c) The Contractor agrees that it will deliver only domestic end products unless, in its offer, it specified delivery of other end products in the Buy American Act-Balance of Payments Program Certificate provision of the solicitation. An offer certifying that a qualifying country end product will be supplied requires the Contractor to deliver a qualifying country end product or a domestic end product. AFFARS 5352.201-9101 Ombudsman Clause (AUG 2005) (a) An ombudsman has been appointed to hear and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition. When requested, the ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The existence of the ombudsman does not affect the authority of the program manager, contracting officer, or source selection official. Further, the ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals, the source selection process, or the adjudication of protests or formal contract disputes. The ombudsman may refer the party to another official who can resolve the concern. (b) Before consulting with an ombudsman, interested parties must first address their concerns, issues, disagreements, and/or recommendations to the contracting officer for resolution. Consulting an ombudsman does not alter or postpone the timelines for any other processes (e.g., agency level bid protests, GAO bid protests, requests for debriefings, employee-employer actions, contests of OMB Circular A-76 competition performance decisions).
