Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Refrigerated trailer and Flood Lights) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). RFQ # M67399-10-Q-0078 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-39. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 493120. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is4222. The small business size standard is $25.5 MIL. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this order is 2320. This solicitation is for the lease of six (6) refrigerated trailers and three (3) sets of flood lights. The requirement is listed as follows: CLIN 0001: Refrigerated Trailer Forty eight feet (48 ™) long refrigerated trailer. Trailer must be able to sustain temperatures low enough to keep ice frozen. Location of trailers will be in Twentynine Palms CA where temperatures have been known to exceed 110 degrees during the day. Trailer must be equipped with power source. The government will provide diesel fuel for the power source. Each trailer must have its own power source due to different locations. Price must include unlimited refer hours and delivery/pickup. **Two trailers will be required from 23 Sept 2010 through 14 Oct 2010. Four additional trailers will be required from 30 Sept 2010 through 14 Oct 2010.** CLIN 0002: Flood Lights 4000 Watt Light Tower. Location of light towers will be in Twentynine Palms CA where temperatures have been known to exceed 110 degrees during the day. Light tower must be equipped with power source. The government will provide diesel fuel for the power source. Each light tower must have its own power source due to different locations. **Three 4000 watt light towers will be required from 23 Sept 2010 through 14 Oct 2010. ** Place of contract delivery will be at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC)/Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MCAGTFTC), Twenty-nine Palms, CA 92278. The winner of this award is required to be registered with, understand, and invoice through Wide Area Workflow.
