- The modification is conducted to change the NAICS code to reflect 561990 - All Other Support Services. The response date remains the same. The Fort Hood Directorate of Contracting, Fort Hood, Texas intends to issue a sole-source purchase order for non-personal services to Wilbert Byrd, 806 E Woodlawn Dr, Harker Heights, TX 76548, for Administrative Investigation Services to support the Workplace Violence Prevention Program (WVPP). The services include investigating alleged or suspected workplace violence incidents and conduct training in the prevention of workplace violence and anger management on Fort Hood, Texas. The government intends is to award a firm fixed-price purchase order with a base year and four one-year options. This acquisition is authorized under Section4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1990, Test Program for Commercial items as implemented by FAR 13.501(a) (ii). This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. The NAICS code is 561990- All Other Support Services, with a size standard of $7.0 million. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent service as described above. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion for the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Directorate of Contracting will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
