- TAS::14 1041::TAS RECOVERY NAMA PMIS # 150274Construction Management Services for the 'Rehabilitation of Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool and Grounds' construction projectSUBJECT TO THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009. Receipt of award is contingent upon the offeror meeting the requirements of Section 1512 (reports of use of funds) of the Recovery Act.THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The opportunity was only offered to contractors awarded blanket purchase agreement (BPA) contracts exclusively with the National Park Service (NPS), Denver Service Center on an indefinite quantity basis. The work to be performed under the the call order against the BPA consists of providing on-site construction management, office services and site visits for the 'Rehabilitation of Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool and Grounds' construction contract. The primary duties of the contractor will be to provide on-site Construction Management Representatives to manage NPS construction contracts. The BPA Contractors are Post Buckley Schuh & Jernigan (Contract No. B2000080300), URS Group, Inc. (Contract No. B2000080400), HDR Engineering, Inc. (Contract No. B2000080500), Alpha Construction and Engineering Corporation (Contract No. B2000080600), and The Louis Berger Group, Inc. (Contract No. B2000080700).ARRA Funds will be utilized for this project.Selection of the successful contractor for this delivery order was based on the BPA's evaluation factors and price.NPS points of contact are Darrin Knapp, Contract Specialist, (303) 969-2055 or Raymond E.
