- Supply and install an Automatic Transfer Switch, Electrically Operated Breakers, PLC Network, and other control devices to implement an automated transfer/trip scheme for the Spillway Stand-by Diesel Generator and its associated switch-gear complete with remote, local, and manual operation. The existing manual system shall be removed and the Diesel Generator relocated to be physically closer to the Spillway. The new location for the Diesel Generator will require minor concrete cutting and removal. Solicitation No. W912EF-10-B-0014 will be posted to the FBO website on or about October 6, 2010. Proposals will be opened no sooner than 30 calendar days after actual solicitation issuance date. The proposal due date will be contained in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be issued. A site visit will be offered approximately two weeks after the solicitation is made available to offerors. See solicitation for details about the site visit. Solicitation is set-aside for HubZone small business concerns. NAICS code for this project is 238210, and the small business size standard is $14,000,000 average annual receipts. Estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. When available, the solicitation documents for this project will be posted on FedBizOpps.gov https://www.fbo.gov.
