- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIALITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6-STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATIONFOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS-AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONINCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THEONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTENSOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-44. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423430 with a small business size standard of 100 employees. However, this acquisition is unrestricted and all interested parties may submit a quote. This acquisition is being procured utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. The Department of Interior, National Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate on behalf of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has a requirement for Citrix brand web video conferencing for web go-to-training corporate software license and activation for 25 attendees and Citrix brand web go-to-webinar corporate software license and activation for 500 attendees. This acquisition is a brand name acquisition for the Citrix brand name. The Citrix brand is currently supporting the telecommuting and web training for the CPSC field investigative staff located nationwide under a limited Citrix "Go-to-Meeting" plan and with CPSC's need to expand this current Citrix plan to allow for more hosting licenses and a larger number of meeting attendees to adequately support CPSC's expanding telecommuting environment, the Citrix brand is the only brand that can fulfill this requirement for compatibility reasons. The software license shall be provided electronically within 10 days after award. The license agreement must comport with applicable federal laws, regulations, and otherwise satisfy the government's needs. All interested parties shall provide a quote for the following: Line Item 0001 - P/N: COL5010N25; GoToTraining Corporate annual service fee for 25 attendees - quantity 3; Line Item 0002 - P/N: COL5010IMP25; GoToTraining Corporate activation fee for 25 attendees - quantity 3; Line Item 0003 - P/N: COL4020N500 GoToWebinar Corporate annual service fee for 500 attendees - quantity 5; Line Item 0004 - P/N: COL4020IMP500 GoToWebinar Corporate activation fee for 500 attendees - quantity 5. The Government will award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote. Offerors shall provide appropriate product information that clearly documents that the offered products are those listed above. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. All interested parties shall submit the following to the email addresses provided below by the due date and time for quotes. One (1) copy of a quotation which addresses Line Items 0001 through 0004; 2) Technical description and/or product literature; 3) A copy of the most recent published price list(s); and 4) A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items which may be downloaded at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx.
