- Solicitation (Full text) Scope of Work, application procedures SOLICITATION NUMBER: #114-10-017 ISSUANCE DATE: Immediate CLOSING DATE: October 12, 2010 SUBJECT: USAID/Caucasus - Solicitation for Personal Services Contractor (USPSC), Senior Contracting/Agreement Officer Ladies/Gentlemen: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications of qualified individuals from U.S. citizens interested in providing USPSC services as described in the attached solicitation. Submissions shall be accordance with the attached information at the place and time specified and must include: •1) Signed and completed federal form SF-171 or OF-612; and, a •2) Written statement that responds to the requirements of the position (Education/Experience required for the position).
