- Description
- RECOVERY PER FAR 5.7. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. RECOVERY AND REINVESTIMENT ACT ACTION. IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009, PUBIC LAW 111-5, THE NATIONAL OCEANIC AND ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION (NOAA) ACQUISITION AND GRANTS OFFICE (AGO), INTENDS TO ACQUIRE SERVICES FOR ACQUISITION AND GRANTS MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES. This opportunity is available to Tikigaq Technology Services, LLC, 2121 Abbot Road, Anchorage, AK 99507-4453 under indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract EA1330-09-CQ-0042. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Region Acquisition will award a Time-and Materials (T&M) Task Order against the existing contract for acquisition and grants management and ARRA recipient reporting oversight support. In 2009, EA1330-09-CQ-0042 was awarded to Tikigaq Technology Services, an 8(a) concern, in accordance with FAR part 19. SERVICE DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this task order is to provide acquisition and grants management support services in support of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The contractor will provide support for post-award management, contract and grant close-out, and recipient reporting compliance. A time-and-materials task order is most appropriate as it is not possible to accurately estimate the exact extent or duration of the work, particularly as it relates to recipient reporting or to anticipate costs with any reasonable degree of confidence.
