- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is XK0H5A0XR538MP. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40 effective April 22, 2010 and DCN20100816 effective August 16,2010. Previously, the Government issued a small business set aside solicitation under HC1028-10-T-2187. The Government is now soliciting for un-restricted quotes. The associated NAICS code is 511210 and the small business size standard is $25,000,000.
