Description: J&A 6.302-1 SP0600-10-Q-0443 The DLA Energy has made a sole source award to Global View Software, Inc. for three month subscription to GlobalView MarketView. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” Global View Software, Inc. is the only source able to provide the unique software which DLA Energy-RN requires. No other source for this software exists.
