Description

The following questions received have been answered by the customer and being provided to all interested parties. Please see below: Question #1: The PBX upgrade requires a memory upgrade to the signaling server. Do you still want that included since the sig server is not in use? Answer #1: Yes we will require the memory upgrade. The signaling server is part of our Avaya maintained system configuration record and as such requires this memory upgrade as part of the solution even though we don't intend to use it. The memory should be procured, but not installed. Question #2: Please clarify if any of the QPC720 cards are still in service, and if any of the QPC757 cards are still being used for D-channels. Answer #2: The QPC757G DCHI card is being used for DCH 15 that supports our PRI (Loop 0). The PRI for Loop 0 uses a QPC720E PRI card. We have four unused ports available between our two (2) MSDL (NT6D80AC) cards in Column 0 and Column 1 that should be able to be used for D-Channels if Rel 5.0 does not support the card in question. The other four ports on those cards are being used for our DCH 5/DCH 25 & DCH 11/DCH21 for Loops 33 & 34.
