- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease professional fully serviced office space in a quality building of sound construction. Space located on the second floor or higher is preferred. The offered space must be in a building that has a 20 foot standoff distance provided from the curb line to the façade of the building on all sides. A total of 20 on-site parking spaces for official vehicles must be provided. The office space and parking must be accessible on an unrestricted 24/7 basis to government employees, 365 days per year. The space offered must consist of approximately 6,055 rentable square feet, and the space should yield 5,526 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 15, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for fire and safety and handicapped accessibility. The proposed space must be located within the delineated market area describe below. North: I-85 South: Stone Mountain Parkway East: Jimmy Carter Blvd NW West: I-285 to Henderson Mill Road (west of I-285) and back to I-285 All expressions of interest submitted by Brokers/Agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
