- CHANGE: NSN 6210-01-348-8252, Light Assembly, Light Indicator has been determined to be commercial. Sole approved source: GE Aviation Systems, LLC, CAGE 35012, PN 29310700. CH47 CHINOOK, 62--Light Subassembly, Light Indicator RFP SPM4A6-09-R-0177, Purchase Order 0020791539, NSN 6210-01-348-8252, Light Assembly, Light Indicator. Sole approved source: GE Aviation Systems, LLC, CAGE 35012, PN 29310700. This item is being procured under "other than full and open competition procedures" under 10 USC 1304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. This item is not commercial. This solicitation is for a proposed firm fixed price contract with a quantity of 125 EA. Stock locations are in Tracy, CA, and New Cumberland, PA. The requested terms are FOB destination, Inspection and Acceptance at origin, delivery at 94 days ARO. The solicitation will be available on or about April 30, 2009, and will close on or about May 29, 2009. The final contract award decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
