Description
This solicitation is being modified to add Offeror Questions and Government Answers The following are the questions and answers received pertaining to Solicitation Number W91QUZAL10017. Please consider when comprising your quote or amending a quote already submitted. 1. Category II For the office doors, is the current frame wooden or steel? Government Answer: Mixture of both, 38 total doors 12 wood and 26 steel 2. Category II - What thickness is required for the doors? Standard is 1-3/4? Government Answer: The requirement is for standard doors 3. Category I For the entry door, it was requested that it be blast resistant, however youre required to use 14 ga steel with blast resistant doors. Also, what is the minimum blast rating? Government Answer: 14 ga steel is fine and the minimum rating is 90 4. Category I For the entry door, is it required to be solid steel? Government Answer: The entry door can be hollow but it must be steel. 5. Category II For the office doors you requested a knob lock, is it a regular knob or lever? Government Answer: Regular knob required 6. Category II For the office door, is a new door frame required? Government Answer: No new frame, just slabs with all new hardware 7. Category II For the office door, does the lock requested have a removable core? Government Answer: No removable core 8. Category III For the server room doors, do you require an electric lock or electric strike? Government Answer: Electric strike is required 9. Category I For the entry door, your request states that you require a door operator pull. Are you looking for an automatic open door or just the type that requires manually opening? Government Answer: It means we need an electric opener. It needs to be opened and closed by a mechanical handicap accessible operator.
