- This procurement is being solicited for award by SAIC-F under its contract #HHSN261200800001E for Operations and Technical support at the National Cancer Institute-Frederick, a federally funded research and development center. SAIC-F is the prime contractor charged with operations and technical support of the government owned facility contractor operated (GOCO) facility. Please provide a price quote for the following items 1) 1 each catalog # 7200-27300-001 Polycom HDX 8002XL 2) 1 each catalog # 2215-26690-001 Polycom HDX ISDN BRI Module. Specificatons: 1) The catalog numbers listed are from Polycom. 2) Offerors are requested to quote on the item as specified. 3) "Equivalent" offers shall be considered as non-responsive. 4) Warranty period shall be 12 months, including parts, labor and travel 5) All offers must be F.O.B. destination 6) Any shipping charges must be identified and listed on the response for evaluation. 7) Freight over $250.00. If any freight charge exceed $250.00 a separate invoice must be sent. A copy of the actual freight bill must be included with the invoice. 8) Partial offers will not be accepted. 9) SAIC-Frederick, Inc. is eligible for Federal Supply Schedule pricing.
