- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS (SABER) CONTRACT NUMBER FA9301-04-D-0025. Contractor: Ace Engineering, Inc., 1800 Wright Avenue, La Verne, CA 91750-5824. It is the Contracting Squadron's intent to award firm-fixed price task orders to the above contractor. Davis-Bacon wages presently in effect for California. CA070013 (Modificaiton 13) dated 11/23/2007 and CA070031 (Modificaiton 17) dated 11/23/2007 will previal. These acquisitions are subject to the North American Industry Classification Code 236220 and the annual size standard is $33.5 million. RECOVERY - Repair Paint Maintenance Buildings 6691 and 6692 - FSPM104206 THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS: The work to be accomplished at the Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB, CA for the Military Family Housing Department for Repair Paint Maintenance Buildings at building B6691 and B6692 includes the following: Exterior Closure, Roofing, and siding (paint exterior).
