- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space in Massena, NY Requirement: The United States Government currently is seeking to lease approximately 13,378 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space in Massena New York. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 11,633 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). The lease term requirement is for 10 years subject to termination rights after the 5 th year. The space must be available for occupancy by July 1 st 2011. The delineated area is: Beginning at the intersection of State Route 131 and State Route 37 heading east approximately 6 miles along side of State Rout 37. North to the Grasse River South to Racquette River Other Applicable requirements include: Proximity to Metrorail Parking 35 reserved surface spaces for official Government vehicles Offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire safety and handicapped accessibility. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building ownership. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: Building name and address Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor if applicable FEMA map showing the property location in relationship to Flood and Earthquake zones Evidence of control of the property being submitted In all correspondence include the following: Name, address and telephone number of the individual offering and to be contacted Any information regarding influences unique to the site or building that may affect the occupancy Incentives and inducements such as tenant improvement allowances, lessor provided enhancements, etc Interested parties may submit pertinent information within 7 days, to :. Building ownership information. Amount of parking available on-site ad it cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. List of building services provided.
