- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT No. HSCECA-07-A-70010 to provide armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) services. This effort is funded in whole under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Service intends to issue Call No. HSHQWA-11-F-00007 under BPA No. HSCECA-07-A-70010 to Paragon Systems, Inc. located at 14160, Newbrook Dr., Ste 210, Chantilly, VA 20151-2297. The call will be for Temporary Additional Services (TAS) in accordance with the SOW. The PSOs will stand post at the Jackson Federal Building (JFB), 915 Second Ave, Seattle, WA 98174.
