Description
CONTACT Michael Milillo, Logistics Management Specialist, (732) 532-5655 e-mail Michael.Milillo@us.army.mil. This is a market survey to locate sources for 31 each AN/VIC-3 Intercom system in support of the HIMARS launcher system. These components listed are the minimal requirement specifications necessary to comply with country requests. While these components may or may not be available during actual time of procurement, equivalent components will be substituted. Delivery term for shipment is freight on board (FOB) origin. When the solicitation is issued, prices responses for this requirement will be for all or nothing. This is a market survey to locate American based sources for 31 each AN/VIC-3 Intercom system in support of the HIMARS launcher system from Northup Grumman CAGE CODE: S2S09. Detailed technical data for the manufactures or acceptance of this unit is not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of supplying the aforementioned system must so indicate by writing to Commander, USA CECOM, ATTN: Michael Milillo, Building 1208W, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703 or by email to: michael.milillo@us.army.mil. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit from the previous supplier listed above. The response should also include production lead times, number of years part will be available, price break ranges if applicable, part number & CAGE of proposed parts, or any other information that could affect the acquisition, supply and delivery of the parts. The Government will consider parts from other sources that have the same form, fit, and function as the required parts. No alternate parts will be accepted. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
