- SYNOPSIS: F110 Turbine Nozzle 1.Estimated Solicitation issue date 22 Oct 2010 and estimatedclosing/response date 22 Nov 2010. 2.Estimated Contract Award Date: 30 Dec 2010 3.RFP #: SPRTA1-11-Q-0019 4.PR#: FD2030-10-72282 5.Nomenclature/Noun: Aircraft Turbine Nozzle 6.NSN: 2840-01-289-8529PR 7.PN: 9525M21G02 8.Application (Engine): F110 9.AMC: 2C 10.History: Qty: 20 ea, 5 Feb 2003, General Electric 11.Description: Dimensions: 34 inches in length, 4.0 inches inwidth, and 34 inches in height. 12.A Firm Fixed Quantity Contract is contemplated: Best EstimatedQuantity 1 each. 13.Mandatory Language: Award will be made only if the offeror, theproduct/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements atthe time of award in accordance with FAR 52.209-1. AWARD WILL NOT BEWITHHELD AWAITING QUALFICATION. Potential sources are not to utilizeintellectual property developed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) or any third party. For qualification information/source approvalrequest contact Ronald Draper, DSCR/ZBAB, at extension 739-5497.Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephonerequests. Note: While price will be a significantfactor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award may bebased on a combination of price, technical capability, and pastperformances detailed in the solicitation. 14. Note: an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns fromofferors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase ofthis acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish theauthority of the program director or contracting officer, but tocommunicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, andrecommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
