- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command intends to solicit & award an acquisition for lodging, meals and conference space. The requirement consists of furnishing all labor, personnel, material, equipment, tools, supervision and other items necessary to provide contracted services which include providing 2 nights of lodging to include 241 double rooms in Poconos, PA with check in 19 November 2010 and check out 21 November 2010. Lodging will also be required for 4 nights to include 5 double rooms for the primary staff, with check in on 17 November 2010 and check out on 21 November 2010. Additionally 1 night of lodging to include 1 double room will be required for the primary staff, with check in on 19 November 2010 and check out on 20 November 2010. Breakfast and lunch meals shall be provided for 650 personnel for 2 days, 20 November 2010 and 21 November 2010. Dinner meals shall be provided for 650 personnel for 1 night on 20 November 2010. This is not a requirement for event planning services. Award will not be made to an offeror which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 721110, with a related small business size standard of $7.0M. The proposed action is for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, which will be advertised as a unrestricted. The solicitation will be posted on or about 08 October 2010 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
