- Description
- The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Long Beach, CA at LONG BEACH AIRPORT. The Government requires 9,308 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 7,912 ANSI/BOMA office area and two (2) adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
