- The U.S. Army RDECOM Contracting Center, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division, at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, has a requirement for Post-Wide (Aberdeen and Edgewood Areas) Underground Utility Locating, providing all the necessary personnel, management and/or supervision, office equipment, office supplies, transportation, materials, tools and equipment required to perform utility locating, vacuum excavation (test holes), and surveying/drafting services related to excavation/digging permits, including, but not limited to locating, marking, staking, mapping, GPS and/or conventional surveying, and as-built location drawings and data. The contract will be for a base year and four (4) option periods. The proposed contract will be a Requirements-Type Contract. The NAICS Code is 561990 with a Size Standard of $7,000,000.00. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Request for Proposal W91ZLK-11-R-0003 will be posted to the following website: http://fedbizopps.gov on or about October 20, 2010. Potential offerors must be registered at this site. Potential offerors may view and download the RFP at that website. No paper package is or will be made available. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the site for the release of the solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website: http://www.ccr.gov.
