- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to issue a Request for Quote for a base year and three option years for Janitorial Services at the Wichita Mountains Refuge, Indiahoma, Oklahoma located at 32 Refuge Headquarters, Indiahoma, Oklahoma 73552 (20 miles northwest of Lawton, Oklahoma). This project will consist of, but is not limited to the following: Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and some supplies (to be specified in solicitation) to manage and perform all operations for janitorial service. Outdoor janitorial services will be required at picnic, campground, parking lot, sidewalks, and immediate roadway areas. Those services include, but not limited to, trash and litter clean up; outdoor restroom cleaning and maintenance. Indoor janitorial services will be required at Refuge Headquarters and Visitor Center. Those services include wipe/clean/disinfect toilets, urinals, lavatories, showers, traps, mirrors, fixtures, and drinking fountains. Also includes, removing trash from trash containers. In addition, cleaning floors to include: sweeping, mopping, waxing and buffing of inlaid areas; vacuuming cleaning of carpeted flooring; dusting of venetian blinds; cleaning of glass surfaces; cleaning of exterior porches/walks. Contractor shall maintain an adequate supply of Eco (environmentally safe) disinfectant/cleaning solutions/liquid germicidal soap; vacuum/buffer, rubber gloves, cleaning sponges/rags; toilet paper 2-ply septic safe, paper towels, trash bags, brooms, mops, buckets, trans and litter pick-up equipment, Eco (environmentally safe) glass cleaner, wax, etc. Contractor shall furnish pickup truck or vehicle capable of towing pumper unit and trailer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720, size standard $16.5 million, the solicitation is being advertised as total small business set aside. The contract will be a single award. Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Solicitation F11PS00026 will be posted at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or around October 21, 2010. The solicitation and specifications must be downloaded at the above site; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) as required by FAR 4.1102.
