- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Clearwater-St. Petersburg Area, FL The United States Government seeks to lease first class, modern, contiguous office space and related space consisting of approximately 9,200 rentable square feet in the Clearwater-St. Petersburg Area, FL. The space must yield a minimum of 8,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet to a maximum of 8,400 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. The proposed space must not be near or adjacent to public facing entities. Space must not be located on the first floor of any multi-story building. First floor space will only be considered in single story buildings. Roof access may be required for antenna installation. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following boundaries: N: Drew Street, Clearwater W: Clearwater Harbor / Gulf of Mexico E: Tampa Bay/Old Tampa Bay S: 5 th Ave, St. Petersburg REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. Space must not be located within the 100-year flood plain. 22 secured parking spaces are required for Government-owned vehicles. TERM: The proposed lease shall be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space should be ready for occupancy no later than June 2011. INTERESTED PARTIES: All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
