- Description
- The Military Fleet Support Command has a requirement for the upcoming Mid-Term Availability of the USNS RAINIER (T-AOE 7). The period of performance for this requirement is to commence 15 April 2011 for a period of Forty Two (42) days. This requirement will be solicited on a full and open basis. Some of Major work items may include: Upgrade Course Recorder, Antenna Replacement & Groom, Steering Gear Piping, SSDG Barring Motor, Replace Ceiling Tiles and Joiner Bulkhead Panels, Passage 'Way Deck System Renewal, and UNREP Gear The estimated issued date for this solicitation is 25 November 2010 with an estimated closing date of 4 January 2011. Upon issuance, the solicitation, drawings and all required supporting documentation will be posted and can be found on FEDBIZOPS (https://www.fbo.gov/) under solicitation number N40442-11-R-2003. All requests must provide Dun & Bradstreet number and Cage Code. Telephonic requests for solicitations resulting from this notice will not be accepted.
