- Description
- This action is to add ship set buys of the AN/ALR-56M Advanced Radar Warning Receiver to the DLA umbrella contract SPM400-06-D-9405. These ship sets NSN 1680-K0-107-337A, P/N 333001-011 are applicable to C-130J aircraft. This acquisition will include pricing for three years for quantity ranges 1-10, 11-30, and 31-50 each year. The delivery is 5 each per month beginning 18 months after receipt of an order. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, BAE, Totowa NJ, CAGE 81413, under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
