Description
The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) and the Director, Naval Acquisition Career Center (NACC) intends to acquire an annual Career Field Managers (CFM) Conference to be held 24 though 26 January 2011. Due to geographic location and the need for close proximity to restaurants and accommodating facilities, it is necessary for the conference to be held within the Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia areas, with hotel shuttle service provide to either Reagan National or Dulles International Airports. The accommodating facility must be able to provide a complete meeting package, i.e. lodging, classrooms, break out rooms, and conference services, along with a complete listing of restaurants and their respective walking distance of the hotel.. NAVICP and NACC intend to partner with a proven provider of the support services of the conference. The proven provider will possess a complete turnkey solution for providing the support for the conference in accordance with the Statement of Objectives as indicated on pages 2-4. Please provide a fill-in price quote for the conference as shown on page 2. Please provide a summary execution plan demonstrating the delivery of all objectives (limited to five pages). Both price and execution plan submissions shall be provided either electronically to Andrew.R.Clarke@navy.mil or by fax to (717) 605-7295. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Execution Plan (LPEP) acceptability basis.
