- Windows 7 Deployment Office of Information & Technology Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering Program Management Office The purposed of this Sources Sought Notice is to search for qualified vendors capable of providing engineering expertise, hardware and software to enable deployment of Microsoft operating system Windows 7 throughout the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) enterprise. See enclosed Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for detailed requirements. This sources sought notice is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Any contract that might be awarded based on information received or derived from this market research will be the outcome of the competitive process. If interested, please submit a brief Capabilities Statement specific to the requirements of this request and denote your company's business size for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541513. Responses are requested no later than 5:00PM EST on November 8, 2010 via email.
