- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA REQUIREMENT: United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 5,859 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 5,095 contiguous ANSI/BOMA office area square feet, available for use by the Government for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The Government requires a minimum of 12 reserved parking spaces. Additional special requirements apply and will be addressed in the market survey and the subsequent solicitation for offers. Building must not be located within a 100 year flood plain. The Government does not accept subleases. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following delineated area: North : W Cypress Creek Rd South : Commercial Blvd East: Interstate 95 West : State Rd 7 TERM: The lease term will be ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation privileges after the first five (5) years with sixty (60) days written notice. OWNERS/AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by November 4, 2010. Owners and Exclusive Agents only. Anyone else must provide a letter of authorization from the building owner.
