- The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Legacy Management, intends to award a sole source contract to Immix Technology, Inc. for the maintenance, support and services of Documentum software. Documentum is an electronic record keeping system (ERKS) that will manage LM's electronic records throughout their lifecycle. The product has been tested by the Department of Defense (DoD) and meets the requirements for certification under DoD 5015.2. The proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (ii). This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested parties should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement within seven calendar days of publication of this notice, to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to compete th is proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
