SSI Clearance Information Non-Disclosure Agreement Attachment J-14: Offeror Access to TSIF Instructions Attachment J-14: CAT/BPSS Pre- and Post- Award Testing List Attachment J-4: Goals Order of Importance Attachment J-11: Self Certification Matrix Attachment J-3: Requirement and Goal Testing Matrix Attachment J-1: Statement of Work Attachment J-10: Evaluation Template Attachment J-17: Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment J-16: Past Performance Data Attachment J-15: TSIF Access Forms Attachment J-9: Labor Catagories and Descriptions Attachment J-8: Sample Bailment Agreement Attachment J-6: Environmental Certification Attachment J-5: CDRLs and DIDs Request for Proposal (RFP) The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to procure Credential Authentication Technology-Boarding Pass Scanning Systems (CAT/BPSS) systems as described in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP). The purpose of CAT/BPSS is to enable TSA to identify fraudulent identification documents and boarding passes. CAT/BPSS systems will be delivered to sites throughout the United States and its territories. Portions of the RFP contain Sensitive Security Information (SSI). All Contractors interested in responding to the CAT/BPSS Solicitation must go through a vetting process and be approved to have access to SSI. For contractors that have been successfully vetted under Pre-Solicitation No. HSTS04-10-R-RED216, please contact the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist for access to the portions of the RFP that contain SSI. For contractors that have not been vetted under Pre-Solicitation No. HSTS04-10-R-RED216, please review the SSI Clearance Information attached to this Notice and response as appropriate. Please note that the clearance process can take several weeks.
