- The Minto Fish Collection Facility Rebuild will provide a new fish collection facility that meets NMFS (National Marine Fisheries Service)criteria for upstream passage and collection facilities for ESA (Endangered Species Act) listed fish and provides a safe working environment for the operators. When completed, it will serve as an upstream fish passage facility for ESA-listed fish. Magnitude of construction is between $25,000,000. and $100,000,000. Place of performance is Marion County, Oregon. The procurement is unrestricted and open to small and large business concerns. Large business are required to provide a Small Business Subcontracting Plan. The small business size standard is $33,500,000. The solicitation will be available on or about November 17, 2010, with bid opening on or about 45 days after advertise.
