- Solicitation Number W81XWH-11-T-0036 will be issued on or about 09 NOVl 2010 and proposals will be due on or about 22 NOV 2010 @ 2:00 PM EST. The Governments requirement is to acquire a Hemostasis analyzer with service agreement and accessories for the US Army Institute of Serugical Research located at Ft Sam Houston, TX. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 with a size standard of 500 employees. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office. All interested parties can view, download and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 09 NOV 2010 at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR registration can be accomplished at the following website: www.ccr.gov. Proposals will be evaluated on a Commercial Firm Fixed Price and any resulting contract will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price Award.
