- FA4484-11-R-0002 Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst Public Affairs Visual Information Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of any amendments or other pertinent information. This solicitation is being issued as a request for proposal(RFP) under the solicitation number: FA4484-11-R-0002 which is attached to this advertisement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-46, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DCN) 2010-1029, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2010-0402. This North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541922 and the business size standard is $7 million. Please use the attached document for responding to this solicitation. The attached document should be read in it's entirety. Offerors may use another format for submission of quotes. However, all proposals must contain the minimum information required under FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items (June 2008). ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE DATED AND SIGNED. Please refer to the attached solicitation for further information, Performance Work Statement, Past Performance Questionnaire, and applicable FAR clauses. Please see the attached solicitation.
