Description

Sole Source Justification DISA/DITCO intends to issue a Sole Source contract to: General Dynamics C4 Systems, 1700 Magnavox Way, Suite 200, Fort Wayne, IN 46804-1538. This procurement is for CoMotion Software Maintenance renewal for USTRANSCOM/TCJ6-XI, Scott AFB,IL 62225. The solicitation number is HC1028-11-T-0113. The NAICS code is 511210. Estimated cost $25,000.00. The period of performance is date Date of Award - 30 September 2011. The statutory authority for Sole Source is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Companies that can provide the above listed software product maintenance must request a copy of the Solicitation not later than 9:00 AM (CST) 4 November 2010 via the following address: tina.book@disa.mil. The vendor must have proprietary rights to the software codes or be an authorized reseller with rights to software codes for maintenance. The quotes are due no later than 10:00 AM 5 November 2010.
