- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN IRVINE, CA STAR #: 9CA3060 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 11,421 rentable square feet in Irvine, California and adjoining cities. The space should yield 9,931 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require a total of twenty-seven (27) parking spaces. Two (2) of the 27 parking spaces must to be located within 50' of a building entrance and be reserved for the Agency. These spaces are not required to be secured. The remaining 25 of 27 parking spaces must be located within 200' of the building entrance, and secured by fencing with gates having card reader access. All parking must be accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The proposed space must be located within a two and one-half (2 ½) mile radius of the intersection at MacArthur Boulevard and Campus Drive. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
