- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Measure infrared transmittance from 2 to 9 microns wavelength up to 500 degrees C for ceramic disks of 4 different materials. (Quantity “ 1 lot). This requirement is sole sourced to John Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory due to compatibility with previous measurements made by John Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
