- The US Army Tank-Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC) in support of the TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) is seeking information from potential sources to satisfy the US Army's Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) for the existing fleet of Terex manufactured construction equipment, specifically the model M150 150 Ton/Hour Crushing, Screening, Washing Plants (CSWP) including all attachments. The SLEP extends the service life of Army equipment by returning the vehicles to a like new condition (0 hours/ 0 miles). See Attachment 1 Market Investigation Questionnaire SLEP Program. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information from qualified businesses and to conduct market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Additional information, including a Q&A form, will be posted to this website as it becomes available.
