- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS EXPRESSIONS ON INTERREST FOR OFFICE SPACE IN TOLEDO, OHIO Solicitation Number GS-05B-18661 AGENCY: General Services Administration Office: Public Buildings Service (PBS) Base Notice: leased office space - 18661 Requirements: The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Toledo, Ohio, that will be expiring. The Government is seeking to lease approximately 2559 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space. The Government is considering if alternative space is economically advantageous. The offered space must meet, or be capable of being altered to meet the Government requirements for security, fire and life safety, and handicapped accessibility. All space shall be contiguous. Space shall not be located within a base flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. Space should not be located near establishments where alcoholic beverages are sold or served, or where there are tenants related to drug treatment or detention facilities. Space will not be considered where apartment space or other living quarters are located with the building. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Lease Term The lease shall be for a term of ten (10) years, five (5) years firm term. The space must be available December 1, 2011. Building name and address and location of the available space within the building •2. 2. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced •3. 3. ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (OASF) to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for Tenant Improvements and state the amount, if any. •4. 4. Date of space availability •5. 5. Method of rentable space measurement •6. 6. Building ownership •7. 7. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any) •8. 8. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building •9. 9. List of building services provided Responses submitted by agents must be accompanied be documentary evidence of the agent's authority to submit an expression of interest on behalf of the building ownership.
