- The solicitation document. Wage Determination Statement of Work (SOW) This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) to provide HVAC Preventative Maintenance Services for the National Weather Service (NWS), Weather Forecast Office (WFO) located in Goodland, KS. The work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), wage determination, and the terms and conditions of the RFQ. Offerors are urged and encouraged to visit the site where the work will be performed. PLEASE NOTE THE INSTRUCTIONS LISTED ON PAGE 6 OF THE RFQ (Offerors are to return the following information). Eastern Region Acquisition requires that all contractors doing business with the acquisition office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). An award cannot be made unless the vendor is registered in CCR. For additional information, and to register in CCR, please access the following website: https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/ In order to register with CCR and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must first have a Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) DUNS number. A DUNS (Data Universal Numbering System) number may be acquired free of charge at the following website: http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform The Government urges all contractors to submit their representations and certifications through the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website: https://orca.bpn.gov/
