AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration, Pacific Rim Region, is planning to issue a Request for Proposal for a task order award utilizing an existing Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) term contract for Construction Management Services. The project includes, but is not limited to: Construction Management Services for the "Energy Envelope Upgrades" and "Energy Systems Upgrades" construction projects at the Foley Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, Las Vegas, NV. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE CURRENT IDIQ CONTRACT HOLDERS. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 236220, Product Supply Code (PSC) of C214.
